Payment Methods

Payments by PayPal, bank transfer, major credit, debit cards or cheque accepted.

Commissions

A deposit of 50% required before work on a commissioned portrait or artwork commences, the remainder plus postage and packing to be paid on completion of the artwork and prior to dispatch. 

Customers will be sent a photograph of their completed artwork for approval before making the final payment. 

Postage Packing & Delivery

Artworks posted within the UK will be by Royal Mail tracked delivery with full insurance cover, delivery costs will depend on size and weight.

Shipping costs for Artwork outside the UK will be a assessed and quoted for at the time of ordering or on request.

Packaging

Artwork is hand packed with care and attention protecting it in transit. In the event that an artwork is lost or damaged during shipping customers must notify June immediately. Refunds will be made in full where adequate evidence of loss or damage is provided.

Delivery

Artwork will be dispatched on receipt of full payment, where possible within two working days of cleared payment.

Cancellation

If a customer wishes to cancel a commission they must notify June within 24hrs.

Refunds and Returns

As the commissions are bespoke artworks customers are responsible for ensuring they are satisfied with the proposed format and cost of the commission before work commences. If the commission is cancelled after work commences or after completion, June reserves the right to withhold some or all of the deposit paid.

June Duncan retains the copyright to all of her artwork, originals, prints or images displayed on this website. Please contact June for her express permission if you wish to use images of her art for commercial purposes.
