Classes run weekly Monday - Friday / Please enter your preferred day and time in the booking form.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday : 10am - 11am, 12am - 1pm, 2pm - 3pm, 4pm - 5pm, 7pm - 8pm

Thursday, Friday : 2pm - 3pm, 4pm - 5pm, 7pm - 8pm

If there is a time or day not listed that would be more suitable for you, or if you would like a group booking please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate!
